Quality Control   Our Construction’s Quality Control Department has taken an innovative approach to quality management, where services are provided on an integrated basis across two functional areas. The Engineering group (Quality Control Administrators) ensures compliance with our internal quality management system throughout the project’s lifecycle. The Technical group leads through innovative designs in asphaltic and Portland cement concrete mixtures and rigorous
